INTEGRAL COUNSELLING

What is Integral counselling about?

The method is based on Ken Wilber's (USA) philosophy, transpersonal psychology.

Overall, you will take part of a journey of self-awareness and personality development, in a Person-Centered Therapy conversation (Carl R. Rogers' style), where we can also move forward with NLP elements and the use of Inner Symbolic Images.

The meeting sessions are typically on a weekly basis, 10-12 times for 60 minutes.

Rogers' person-centered conversation methodology:

This method prioritizes the person's self-concept and self-development. During the conversation, we reveal and "voice" your inner abilities to develop, moreover, your blocked internal resources. As a result, resolve the factors hindering you from living your strengths and potentials.

I consider it my task to advance your development, help you aquire a more mature personality and way of functioning, so that your inner, hidden values can come to the surface, become aware of them, develop and function better.

Our meetings can help you to:

  • be able to make changes in your life

  • recognize your values, find your inner resources

  • be aware of your behavior patterns and find connections between repeated events

  • understand your emotions and recognize your related body symptoms

  • be alert to the nature of the dynamics in your relationships

During the conversations, the goal is for you to resolve problems, develop and move forward with your life.
